- I was raised in South Florida back in the years when it was a peaceful and wonderfully safe place to live. We lived a mile from the beach and could ride our bikes over the intercoastal bridge right to the best beach around. All my years of growing up I was a competitive swimmer and belonged to AAU. I granduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in nursing. I am recently retired but I'm thinking of going back to work to support my hobbies.

CRAFTIN' MY ART OUT!
I'm finally up here in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains (close to Gatlinburg) settled in with my friends at our home away from home for the next 4 days - doing nothing but scrapbooking and papercrafting. I've got a mini Christmas album that I created tonight to put this year's Christmas photos in. I think it's going to be really cute, so I took a photo of it in progress. It's the same pattern I used to make my "Mini-Album In a Day" series that I posted a few months ago, so, if you want to know how I did it refere back to that series of videos. It's going together rather quickly, so I wanted to send you a pic.
