IN TROUBLE WITH YOU TUBE - YIKES!!

I got an e-mail from You Tube today that I had used copywritten music as background for the video I just uploaded.  It was an almost 5 minute long video of one of my grandsons playing soccer, and I used a couple of the songs from "Rock of Ages" as the background music.  I tried to give credit for the material, but I couldn't figure out how to do it.  Thus  I got a "warning" from You Tube.  They said that I could leave the video up, but it would not be shown in Germany.  Strange!!  I went into my account and thought I had changed the audio in the background to a generic You Tube recommended one, but apparently it didn't work.  Sooooo frustrating!!  I almost NEVER even use audio as background on my videos because I'm usually talking.  For some reason, I just thought some music would be a good idea - NOT!! 

If anyone knows how to give song credit on You Tube, please leave a comment here and let me know.  In the meantime, I'm starting another album tutorial - a Halloween match-book style mini.  Please go to my You Tube account (Judy Goodson) and take a look at Eli's soccer video if you get a chance.

MY FRUSTRATION KNOWS NO BOUNDS!

Alas, my YouTube upload has failed again!!  It was a 39 minute video, and I am authorized to upload more that the usual 15 minutes worth.  However, during the night my computer decided to install upgrades, and then, after that, it restarted, so I think that screwed everything up.  I am so frustrated over this!  I think from now on, I'm going to limit my videos to no more than 10 minutes, and do 2 or 3 times as many to get it all in.  Sorry about that, but that's all I can think of to do.  Does anyone have any suggestions about what to do?  I have Google Chrome, but that seems to take just as long.

Totally Frustrated By You Tube!!

I am totally frustrated by You Tube.  For the past three days I have been trying to upload that last 6 minute video, which I took using my up-dated Flip MinoHD, and it takes over 2 HRS. to get it uploaded.  By that time I've usually given up and gone to bed, so all that time has been wasted.  I have to sit near the computer, because even it gets tired and goes to sleep if it's idle for that long.  Anyway, I finally switched over to my laptop, which runs Windows Vista, and it worked better than my desktop Windows 7 does.  From now on, if I have to upload a video, that the computer I'm going to use.  But today there is success!
My sister is leaving tomorrow to go back to Florida, and if Christmas wasn't just around the corner, I'd ride back with her.  It's been freezing here in Tennessee for the past week - very unusual for December.  I dread to see what January and February will bring.
Nothing much new to write about today.  I'm just trying to get things taken care of that I've let slide for the past few days.  Have a wonderful day, and let me know if you're here.  I feel like I'm just writing for myself.

Brrrrrrrr, It's Cold Outside!!!

It's colder than a witch's tit outside today, and my sister and I were out in it going to Target to do some Christmas shopping.  We managed to get a lot done.  I was going to upload a video to show how I'm doing with my craft room, but You Tube is doing some sort of site maintenance, and my video didn't process or something like that.  Tomorrow I have to go to the dentist to get a tooth crowned.  I dread it, so I'm going to take a Valium before I go.  Wish me luck!
