I MADE A NEW FRIEND THIS WEEK-END.

I  went to a crop at Oak Ridge this past week-end and met a new friend there.  She and I had connected through my You Tube videos and this blog, and, when we found that our interests in papercrafting were very similiar and that we lived fairly close to each other, we decided to get together at this crop and meet.  I'm so glad we did.  Thanks Linn, I loved spending the day with you, and I learned some things about making mini albums that I hadn't tried before.  Also, I love the day planner you made for me!!  I haven't had time to watch the two DVD's yet.  While the other ladies at the crop worked on their scrapbooks, Linn and I worked on creating new mini-album projects.  Of course, we just got a good start on them, but it was fun sharing ideas and talking about our "crafts".  I hope to spend some more time with her soon.
