I was raised in South Florida back in the years when it was a peaceful and wonderfully safe place to live. We lived a mile from the beach and could ride our bikes over the intercoastal bridge right to the best beach around. All my years of growing up I was a competitive swimmer and belonged to AAU. I granduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in nursing. I am recently retired but I'm thinking of going back to work to support my hobbies.

EASEL-STYLE RECIPE BOX, ENTRY FOR WIN BIG, KIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROJECT

I have decided to enter Kathy Orta's (from Paper Phenomenon) contest entitled:  "Win Big, Kit Club Membership Project", since I have followed many of her tutorials in doing my projects. The project I am entering is the "Easel-Style Recipe Box" that I bought the kit on.  I made the kit project, and gave it to my daughter as a gift in 2011, so I don't have the one I made from the kit.  However, I have since made 2 others for people in my family, and the one I am entering is the last one I made.  Here is the picture of it:

    Don't you just love Kathy! She is a lady with so much talent. You did a great job on this one and the others. I still want to try this one.
