The writer speaks of the common occurences in the life of anyone who scrapbooks regularly and finds that she (or he) has spent more on scrapbooking tools than on food for the family. There are musings about a hobby that creates a mess wherever you work at it, and as long as there are unscrapped photographs anywhere in the house, it never ends. And there are always new and wonderful products coming out that one HAS to have!
About Me
- Judy G.
- I was raised in South Florida back in the years when it was a peaceful and wonderfully safe place to live. We lived a mile from the beach and could ride our bikes over the intercoastal bridge right to the best beach around. All my years of growing up I was a competitive swimmer and belonged to AAU. I granduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in nursing. I am recently retired but I'm thinking of going back to work to support my hobbies.

HAVE A FUN AND SAFE MEMORIAL DAY WEEK-END!
We're leaving tomorrow at noon for Franklin, NC, to spend the holiday week-end with our daughter from Florida and her family. Her little boy Cade is having his 7th birthday while we're over there, so that should be fun. I've got his present, but he's always got more than he needs in the way of toys, but at least he'll have something to play with while he's up at the cabin. There aren't many toys up there. I hope the weather holds up - it looks like there's a tropical storm or some kind of front hovering off the coast over there. Maybe it won't make it into the mountains. When I get back I PROMISE that I'll get another video up. It's such a bummer that it takes so long to upload to You Tube - unless the video is only about 2-3 minutes long. I do want to let you know how my digital scrapbook page turned out, so I know that's one thing I'll put up. Also, I'm getting better on my Cricut mini, so I can show you some stuff on that. It's kind of a clunky little machine, though. I kind of wish I hadn't bought it.
