I didn't get the video on the hinges up yet because I had a lot to do today, but I do want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year. We're going to a New Year's Eve get together with our Sunday School class at the church for pizza and ice cream (kind of an odd combination, I think), and then we'll play games, Rook, or dominoes until the clock strikes midnight. Then at 12:01 A.M. we're all out the door and headed for bed. LOL! Actually, some don't even make it until the New Year rings in. For me, it's not the same without Dick Clark and his "Rockin' New Year's Eve". Ryan Seacrest just doesn't hack it, and poor Dick is so pitiful that I hope he's not on at all.
So you all be safe if you go out and go to church tomorrow.

- I was raised in South Florida back in the years when it was a peaceful and wonderfully safe place to live. We lived a mile from the beach and could ride our bikes over the intercoastal bridge right to the best beach around. All my years of growing up I was a competitive swimmer and belonged to AAU. I granduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in nursing. I am recently retired but I'm thinking of going back to work to support my hobbies.
