The writer speaks of the common occurences in the life of anyone who scrapbooks regularly and finds that she (or he) has spent more on scrapbooking tools than on food for the family. There are musings about a hobby that creates a mess wherever you work at it, and as long as there are unscrapped photographs anywhere in the house, it never ends. And there are always new and wonderful products coming out that one HAS to have!
About Me
- Judy G.
- I was raised in South Florida back in the years when it was a peaceful and wonderfully safe place to live. We lived a mile from the beach and could ride our bikes over the intercoastal bridge right to the best beach around. All my years of growing up I was a competitive swimmer and belonged to AAU. I granduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in nursing. I am recently retired but I'm thinking of going back to work to support my hobbies.

BOO TO ALL OF YOU AND A HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
I hope all of you are having a great Halloween with your little spooks and goblins. Did you enjoy the little Sponge Bob eating his cotton candy in my last video? I thought he was so precious, and he didn't seem to mind his sticky fingers at all - but he sure didn't want his brother to have any of his candy. Did you notice how quickly he stuffed that last bit of candy into his mouth? He didn't want to share. LOL! It's chilly here, and it's a school night, so I imagine most of the kiddos did their trick or treating on Saturday night. We never have any kids come to our door. We live on a farm in the country, and our driveway is dark and 1/4 mile long. Sometimes I miss those days when we used to live in a suburb with lots of kids - but mostly I like things like they are now. Back then our doorbell didn't quit ringing until 9:30 P.M., when I actually had to turn all the lights out to give them the hint. And the next morning we always woke up to find that our house had been rolled. We have two daughters, and they always took rolling as a great compliment.
