- I was raised in South Florida back in the years when it was a peaceful and wonderfully safe place to live. We lived a mile from the beach and could ride our bikes over the intercoastal bridge right to the best beach around. All my years of growing up I was a competitive swimmer and belonged to AAU. I granduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in nursing. I am recently retired but I'm thinking of going back to work to support my hobbies.

TOUR'S HOME - HEADING BACK TO TENN. TOMORROW
We had another absolutely beautiful day in the neighborhood today. We toured the palatial estate at Biltmore, the opulent home of Cornelius and Alice Vanderbilt, and then went for a very nice harbor boat tour. The cruise ship Queen Elizabeth II from Southhampton, England was anchored in the harbor, so I got some good pictures of her, which I will have to post later. We have to get up early tomorrow, so I'm going to bed.
